This feature is one of the new works adopted by the Democratic Autonomous Administration of the North and East of Syria, through the Central Monetary and Payments Office, and the generalization of this experience by applying it to the functional sector within the areas of administration and then becoming a circulating system in all provinces in northern and eastern Syria for all individuals.
The electronic payment service is important because of its role in providing maximum economic security, saving time and effort, so that a person can pay purchase bills or receive salary smoothly and accurately, and get rid of cases of theft, fraud or loss of banknotes.

The Central Monetary and Payments Office has communicated with several companies that work within electronic payment systems, and an agreement has been reached with “Prima Company” that works within this framework, which is the electronic payment providers, and the first step began with the Cash and Payments Office by handing over the salaries of the office’s employees, and it has met with great success in the hope of circulating it in the next few months to the rest of the branches, bodies, institutions, companies and individuals in the northern and eastern region of Syria.
The official of the company “Prima” for electronic payment service, stated that the payment of dues of salaries, bills and other monetary matters through “Arterial fingerprint”, which is considered one of the most accurate and best electronic payment methods around the world, if the person concerned puts his hand on a device prepared for this method of payment to scan his fingerprint and make sure of this person or customer to conduct the process in a very safe and accurate manner.
